Brother Industries UK wins Reconomy's Think Circular Award!

Our UK recycling facility has received Reconomy’s Think Circular Award in March for implementing circular initiatives to reduce CO2 and give consumables a second life.

Our Pan-European approach to sustainability through our partnership with Rebound and Valpak (part of Reconomy’s family of brands) has been externally accredited as zero waste to landfill for over 12 years.

Key achievements:

•    Through our 100% closed-loop take-back system, every returned toner cartridge is remanufactured or recycled - with nothing sent to landfill
•    Certified Zero Waste to Landfill for over a decade
•    Remanufactured cartridges save 30%+ CO₂ compared to new ones
•    Advancing Brother Group’s Environmental Vision 2050 to cut emissions and recirculate resources

We are very proud of this achievement and will continue our work to minimize Brother’s impact on the environment.
