Brother launches new durable and easy-to-integrate industrial label printers with direct thermal and thermal transfer technology

Brother is set to make printing labels more efficient, durable, integrated and compliant with their new range of industrial label printers launching across Europe.

The TJ industrial label printer series, created for high-volume printing of more than 1,000 labels a day, comprises eight devices, ideal for manufacturing, transport and logistics, retail and healthcare sectors.

The series is designed to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity, with fast print speeds of up to 14 inches per second (ips), large ribbon capacity and in-built durability.

Brother has been innovating labelling devices since 1989, using their industry-leading Japanese research and development expertise to deliver high-level performance in tough production environments.

With various connectivity options, including WiFi and Bluetooth, the TJ series is ideal for printing a wide range of labels including packing labels, shipping and receiving labels, product and part labels, pallet labels, return labels and compliance labels.

The series is part of Brother’s industrial printer range that creates high quality print outs of up to 300dpi. Labels keep their clarity and stay legible throughout the supply chain, making them ideal for shipping.

Devices can be integrated into current processes with ease as the TJ series is compatible with the most common printer languages including ZPL2 emulation. Designed to maximise productivity, the easy media loading function and larger ribbon capacity means fewer ribbon replacements, which allows you to work more efficiently and save money in the long-term.

The range consists of eight models total.

The TJ-4422TN and TJ-4522TN devices have an internal rewinder, meaning labels are instantly rewound into a neat roll inside the device as they print. This ensures no mess is created and the printed label roll is ready to be collected as soon as it’s required.

A durable metal cover and frame on the industrial-grade printers creates greater longevity, giving you hassle-free printing for longer - even in the toughest of production environments.

LED, LCD and touch panel displays allow simple navigation, making the reliable industrial printers easy to use.

TJ-4020TN offers a print resolution of 203dpi and print speed up to 10ips (254mm/sec) and costs DKK.5,999 ex. VAT and DKK. 7,499 incl. VAT

TJ-4021TN has the same functions as TJ-4020TN but comes with a touch panel display. It retails at DKK 6,999 ex. VAT and DKK 8,749 incl. VAT.

TJ-4120TN has a higher print resolution of 300dpi and print speed of 7ips (178mm/sec). It is available at DKK. 7,999 ex. VAT and DKK. 9,999 incl. VAT

TJ-4121TN offers the same functionality of TJ-4120TN and comes with a touch panel display. The price for this unit is DKK 9,999 ex. VAT and DKK 12,988 incl. VAT.

With TJ-4420TN you get a print resolution of 203dpi and a print speed of 14ips (356mm/sec) It costs DKK 8,999 ex. VAT. and DKK. 11,249 incl. VAT.

TJ-4422TN offers the same functionality as TJ-4420TN but also a touch panel display and an internal rewinder. It can be procured at DKK. 9,999 ex. VAT. and DKK. 11,249 incl. VAT.

With TJ-4520TN you get a better print resolution of 300dpi and a print speed of 12ips (305mm/sec). This model is available at DKK 9,599 ex. VAT and DKK 11,999 incl. VAT.

TJ-4522TN offers the same functionality as TJ-4520TN along with a touch panel display and an internal rewinder. It costs DKK 12,999 ex. VAT. and DKK. 16,249 incl. VAT.
